Felix Salvatore Franco, Jr.

On Friday, Sept. 2, 2016, Felix Salvatore Franco, Jr., passed away at home. Services will be 10:00 a.m. Thursday, September 8, at St. Jerome Catholic Church in Waco. Visitation will be 6:00 to 8:00 p.m. Wednesday, September 7, at Wilkirson-Hatch-Bailey Garden Room. Felix was born in Bridgeton, New Jersey, on May 8, 1963, to Felix and Gladys Franco. Felix lived in Waco, Texas, where he graduated from Midway High School in 1981. He previously worked at Hobbs Bonded Fibers and for several years at Easy Gardener in Waco. He was preceded in death by a sister, Susan Marie Franco. Felix is survived by his son, Jonathan Chase Franco; his parents, Felix, Sr., and Gladys Franco; his brother, Mike Franco and his wife, Leah; his sisters, Lisa Freund and her husband, Scott, and Nicole Helfand and her husband, Tom. Felix is also survived by eight nieces and nephews; and two grandnieces. In lieu of flowers, the family has requested donations be made to the American Cancer Society or St. Jerome Catholic Church in Waco.
