John Ben Green passed away at his home Saturday, October 28, 2017. John was born June 20, 1937, in Sulphur Springs, Texas, to Adrian and Bennie Green. John Ben was educated at The University of Texas at Austin. He worked as a Regional Supervisor for the Motor Vehicle Division of the Texas Department of Transportation. He was very interested in and knowledgeable of all facets of history. He was preceded in death by his parents. He is survived by wife, Linda Green of Waco and a brother, Harris Green of New York City. Memorials may be made to Waco Animal Shelter or Fuzzy Friends Rescue.
