Leo F Mohan passed away Friday, September 23, 2005 at his residence. Graveside service will be at 3:30 p.m., Monday, September 26, 2005 at Waco Memorial North Cemetery with Bro. Lester Adams officiating. Visitation will be from 6-8 p.m. Sunday, September 25, 2005 at Wilkirson-Hatch-Bailey Funeral Home, 6101 Bosque, Blvd . Leo was born July 18, 1928 in Waco, McLennan County, TX to Leo Francis Mohan and Ruby Elnora Nabors Mohan. He graduated from Waco High and Baylor University. Leo served in the Army during the Korean War, and worked at James Connally A.F.B. Leo retired from the V.A. Hospital in Waco as an administrator. He loved hunting, fishing, snorkeling and snake hunting. Leo was affectionately known as “Pappy”, or “Mr. Mo”. Pappy was a wonderful son, husband, father and friend. He was a good man and loved by everyone who knew him and never set out to hurt anyone. He was preceded in death by his wife Mary Lillian Mohan and his parents. He is survived by four sons, Leo F. Mohan III and wife Gay, Bruce A. Mohan and wife Paula, Barry D. Mohan and wife Jinny, and Bryan S. Mohan and wife Janet and eight 8 grandchildren. In lieu of flowers, the family requests memorials be made to Providence Hospice or Meals on Wheels.
