Nick Hamilton July 10, 1938 December 11, 2013 Benjamin Nicholls Hamilton of Horseshoe Bay passed away Wednesday, December 11, 2013 in Austin. Memorial services are pending. Nick was born to Benjamin and Sue Hamilton on July 10, 1938, in Wheeling, West Virginia. The family moved to the Texas coast when Nick was a child. He attended Texas schools and upon graduation, attended Texas A&M and later the University of Texas. He got his JD from the University of Texas. During the Vietnam War he served as an officer in a military police company. After returning to Texas, he practiced law for 25 years in Waco, retiring in 1999. Always active, Nick enjoyed sports, sailing, skiing, traveling, and spending time with family and friends. He was active in both civil and church work. Nick is survived by his wife, Allen Hamilton; his sons and their wives, Daniel and Brandi Dalton and Steven and Staci Dalton; and his grandchild, CJ Dalton and wife, Jessica.
