Pauline Menchaca July 1, 1922 - September 1, 2010 Pauline Menchaca of San Antonio passed away Wednesday, September 1, 2010. Mass of Christian Burial will be at 11:00 a.m. Saturday, September 4, at St. Mary's Catholic Church with the Rev. Joseph M. Geleney, Jr. officiating. Burial will follow at Oakwood Cemetery. Visitation will be from 10:00 a.m. and Rosary will be recited at 10:40 a.m., Saturday, September 4, at St. Mary's Catholic Church. Pauline was born July 1, 1922 in Satin, Texas to Julio and Eduvijes Guerrero. She was a loving wife, mother and grandmother and was loved by all. She was preceded in death by her parents; her husband, Isidoro Menchaca; and infant daughter, Yolanda Lamar Menchaca; her sisters, Patricia Guerrero, Col Ret, Clara Guerrero, Luisa G. Sanchez, PhD, and brothers, Johnny Guerrero and Angelo Guerrero. She is survived by her daughters, Diana F. Menchaca, San Antonio, TX; Delia M. Anthis of San Antonio, TX; Anna Hollingsworth and husband, David, of Bryan; Debra M. Barton and husband, Don, of Odessa, TX; and sons, David Menchaca and wife, Alicia, of Carrizo Springs, TX; Daniel I. Menchaca and wife, Deanna, of College Station, TX. Also are nine grandchildren and four great grandchildren. Pallbearers are David Menchaca, Jr., Michael Hollingsworth, Austin Barton, Eric Barton, Daniel Menchaca, Jr. and Aaron Menchaca. Honorary pallbearers are David Menchaca, Sr., Daniel Menchaca, Sr., David Hollingsworth and Don Barton.
