Rebecca is the youngest of five children, and the only girl, the princess of the family, and adored by her 4 older brothers! She was born in Marietta, Ohio on June 19, 1968, to Tom and Janice Hill, and was raised across the river in St. Marys, West Virginia. She shared a birthday with her oldest brother Steve, which was always very special to Rebecca. She married the love of her life, Nick Herron, in 1994. She worked in real estate management in the Charlotte, North Carolina area until she and her family moved to Waco Texas in 2009. She was employed with Vanguard College Preparatory School as a financial administrator, and managed the family business, Skunk Daddy Construction, along with her husband, for the past 10 years. Rebecca was a practicing Messianic Jew. Her hobbies were numerous, and included sewing, stained glass, framing, piano, camping, motorcycle racing, fishing, various other outdoor activities, and cheerleading for her children’s various endeavors. Rebecca was an excellent mother, daughter, aunt, wife, and friend. She had an easy way about her, a dazzling smile, generous spirit, creative mind, and quick wit. Her heart was with her husband and her children, and she was thankful to be able to welcome her first grandbaby from her oldest daughter, just two days prior to her passing.

She was preceded in death by her father, Thomas C. Hill.

Rebecca is survived by her husband, Nick; her daughters, Taylor and husband Sean Coughlen of Houston, Texas, and Hannah Herron and fiancé Nick Ring of Dallas, Texas; her son, Daniel Herron of Waco, Texas; as well as one grandson, Beau Coughlen; she is also survived by her mother, Janice Hill of Waco, Texas; siblings, Stephen Hill and wife Jane of Asheville, North Carolina, Daniel and wife Christine of Salem, Oregon, David and wife Pam of Fountain Inn, South Carolina, and Tom and wife Kristin of Waco, Texas.
