Ruby Faustino Ocampo November 23, 1947 - February 1, 2016 Ruby Faustino Ocampo of Waco passed away Monday, February 1, 2016. Mass of Christian Burial will be at 10:00 a.m., Saturday, Feb. 6, at Sacred Heart Catholic Church with the Rev. Benjamin Magnaye as Celebrant. Rosary will be at 5:00 p.m., and visitation from 6:00 to 8:00 p.m., Friday, February 5, at Wilkirson-Hatch-Bailey Chapel. Ruby was born November 23, 1947 in Cavite City, Philippines, to Ben and Adoracion Faustino. Ruby received her Bachelor Degree in Education at National Teacher College Manila, Philippines and worked as a Special Education Teacher for 17 years. She loved to cook homestyle Filipino cuisine. She loved to spend time with her children, grandchildren and friends. She dedicated her life to raising three children and grandchildren loving her family to her last days. Her parents preceded her in death. She is survived by her husband, Alberto Ocampo; daughter, Sheila Convento and husband, Bong, and son, Adelby Ocampo and wife, Christy, both of Waco, and son, Alvin Ocampo and wife, Melinda, of Dallas; grandchildren, Ruth, Bianca, Miguel, Julian, Ysabella, Celeste and Madison, Brother and Sisters.
