Adam Bowman December 20, 1979 - October 19, 2012 Adam Bowman of Hewitt passed away Friday, October 19, 2012. Services will be 2:00 p.m., Tuesday, October 23, at Wilkirson-Hatch-Bailey Chapel. Burial will follow at Lorena Cemetery. Visitation will be 4:00-6:00 p.m., Monday, October 22, at First Christian Church, Nacogdoches, Texas. Adam was born December 20, 1979, in Waco, to Bruce and Patricia Bowman. Adam graduated from SFA with a BA in Business Administration. He was a Christian and a member of the Harris Creek Baptist Church in McGregor, Texas. He worked as Manager at Metals 2 Go. Adam enjoyed playing the guitar, painting, cooking, watching sports, was a car enthusiast and loved spending time with his nieces and nephew. He was a loving grandson, son, brother, nephew, cousin, uncle and friend. He will be greatly missed by all. He was preceded in death by his grandparents, Thomas and Virginia Bowman and Willie Hodge. He is survived by his parents, Bruce and Beverly Bowman, Lorena, and Terry and Pat Hodge, Nacogdoches; two sisters, Amy Bowman of Bedford, and Alyson Scott and husband, Adam, of Nacogdoches; one brother, Brad Taylor and wife, Dawn, of Waco; grandparents, Joe and Mary Williams of Waco, Lettie and Robbie Robinett, and Alibeth Hodge of Nacogdoches; four nieces, Maddicyn, Klohie and Aerabella Taylor of Waco, and Charli Belle Scott of Nacogdoches; one nephew Luke Harrison Scott; numerous aunts, uncles and cousins; and his four-legged companion Dee. Memorials may be made to Mission Waco; The Outreach Ministry of First Christian Church, Nacogdoches; or the charity of your choice.
