Agnes Marie (Toots) Decker was born October 6, 1924, and left her earthly home to be with her Heavenly Father on July 5, 2022. Graveside services will be at 10:00 a.m. Monday, July 11, at Robinson Cemetery with Pastor Kelsey Fitting-Snyder, of St. Matthew Lutheran Church, officiating. Agnes was born in the city of West, Texas. On February 14, 1942 she married the charming Clark Decker. For several years she was employed at United Church Directories. Agnes was a member of St. Matthew Lutheran Church where she lovingly served in many capacities and was well-known for her amazing coconut pies. She loved to read and quilt and she could sew like a dream. She and Clark enjoyed hiking and camping especially in the Smokies and Colorado. She loved people and dogs. Everyone was welcomed to her home where they would be treated to some of her homemade chocolate chip cookies or warm bread fresh from the oven. Agnes was preceded in death by her husband, Clark Decker; her brothers, Chester Arthur, Rozelle Arthur, Charles Arthur and Reynolds Arthur; and one granddaughter. She is survived by daughter, Marie Hardwick and husband Terry Hardwick; daughter, Janice Barber; daughter, Connie Parks and husband Garland Parks; five grandchildren, several great-grandchildren, and several great-great-grandchildren.
