Alex Homer Warren April 14, 1978 - February 4, 2016 Alex Homer Warren, of St. Johns, Antigua, passed away Thursday, February 4, 2016. Services will be 1:30 p.m. Tuesday, February 9, at Wilkirson-Hatch-Bailey Chapel. Burial will follow in Tortola, British Virgin Islands. Alex was born April 14, 1978, in St. Johns, Antigua, to Roy and Hyacinth Warren. He most recently worked in the culinary industry as a restaurant manager; however, his background, passions, and talents were numerous. He was previously a police officer in Tortola, BVI, a well-loved music teacher in Anegada, BVI, and had a very special history working at Cow Wreck Beach Bar & Grill in Anegada, BVI. As a lifetime musician, Alex could often be found playing the keyboard and most recently the guitar. He had a talent for composing his own music and loved to share it with others. Alex’s other hobbies revolved around anything outdoors, mainly fishing, boating, hiking, and camping. He was often happiest when he was playing music, in the Caribbean, spending time with his children, or simply spending time outside. As Alex became a father, his passion to show his children the beauty of life and our world was obvious to see. He loved his children well and passed on his passion for life, love, music, and the outdoors to them. His smile was contagious and his laughter was warm and true. He was loved by all who were fortunate enough to know him and who were able to witness the goodness of his heart. His children will no doubt always hold him dear to their hearts. He is survived by his parents; his former wife, Taylor Warren of Waco; three daughters, Georgia, Ebony and Shaina Warren; one son, Henrique Warren; fours sisters and two brothers.
