Alexandra Spainhour-Hambrick

November 15, 1990 — September 11, 2013

Alexandra Marie Spainhour-Hambrick November 15, 1990 - September 11, 2013 Alexandra Marie Spainhour-Hambrick, 22, passed away Wednesday, September 11, 2013, in her home in Hewitt, Texas. A Memorial Service will be held 10:00 a.m., Wednesday, September 18, at Liberty Hill Baptist Church, 1155 Liberty Hill Rd., Moody, Texas, 76557, officiated by Brother Carrol Hambrick of Waco. Alexandra was born on November 15, 1990, in Waco to Bart Len Spainhour and Sheila Lynn Michael. She had one older brother, Kyle Lynn Spainhour; a younger sister, Kati Jade Farrow; and three best friends, Jade, Morgan, and Angela. On April 24, 2010, she married her husband, Matthew Ryan Hambrick at Liberty Hill Baptist Church. She was a full-time nursing student at McLennan Community College, as well as a full-time mother. Alexandra spent most of her life in the Central Texas area, other than a brief time when she lived in St. Peters, Missouri. She had always wanted to see the ocean, but never was able to make the trip. Her favorite hobbies were painting, drawing, and reading, and she was wonderful at them all. You would always be able to find Alex in the crowd if she was laughing because there was always a loud snort she made when she was really entertained. Alexandra is survived by her husband, Matthew Ryan Hambrick of Moody; her son, Cahnnon Ryan Hambrick of Moody; her father, Bart Len Spainhour and wife of St. Louis, Missouri; her mother, Sheila Westbrook-Michael and husband of Waco; her older brother, Kyle Len Spainhour of Waco; younger sister, Kati Jade Farrow of Waco; as well as grandparents, in-laws, aunts, uncles, cousins and a great number of friends. In lieu of flowers, a memorial account has been set up by the wonderful people at Wells Fargo under "Alex Hambrick benefit memorial account." The family invites you to leave a message or memory in our "Memorial Guestbook" at www.WilkirsonHatchBailey.com.
