Alma Maree Black September 15, 1920 May 6, 2008 Alma Maree Black, 87, of California, formerly of Waco, passed away May 6, 2008. Graveside services will be held at 10:00 a.m. Monday, June 2, at Waco Memorial Park with Pastor Roger Huff officiating. Maree lived in Waco all but the last two months. She had just moved to California to live with family. She was a member of the First Church of the Nazarene in Waco for over 70 years. Maree also worked for Crawford-Austin for over 50 years. She was preceded in death by her parents, Leander Markem and Zora Black; sisters and brother-in-law, Ernestine Black, Lou and John Beresford. Survivors include her niece, Linda Forehand and husband, Harold; great-nephews, Mark Forehand, Randy Forehand and his wife, Heather; and great-nieces, Sarah Forehand and Grace Forehand.
