Amada Guerrero January 29, 1933 - January 25, 2010 Amada Guerrero of Waco passed away Monday, January 25, 2010. Mass of Resurrection will be celebrated at 10:00 a.m., Thursday, January 28, at Sacred Heart Catholic Church, with Rev. Gonzalo Ferrer as Presider. Visitation will begin at 6:00 p.m. and Rosary to be recited at 7:00 p.m., Wednesday, January 27, at Wilkirson-Hatch-Bailey Chapel. Amada was born January 29, 1933, in Marlin, Texas, to Amador and Librada Pena. She worked for EOAC in Waco as a social worker. She loved her work and enjoyed helping people. Amada has been a lifelong Roman Catholic and a member of Sacred Heart Catholic Church in Waco. She was preceded in death by her parents; two great granddaughters; sister, Baby Lee; and brother, Amador Pena, Jr. She is survived by her loving husband of 56 years, Elias Mr. Lee Sanchez Guerrero, Waco, TX; son, Elias Eli, Jr., and wife, Mary Frances Ceca, of Houston; daughter, Lisa Gaiton and husband, Joe; sons, Ignacio Andy Guerrero and wife, Debbie, Jesse Guerrero and wife, Priscilla, John Robert Guerrero, Vincent Eugene Guerrero, and twins, Freddie and Eddie Guerrero, all of Waco; 11 grandchildren and 17 great grandchildren; sister, Hortense Flores of Irving, TX., and many nieces and nephews. Pallbearers will be grandsons, Andy Guerrero, Jr., Israel Guerrero, Eli Guerrero, III, Christopher Guerrero, Jesse Guerrero, Jr., John Robert Guerrero, Jr., and Joseph Gaiton.
