Aneice Vanston December 29, 1916-November 7, 2005 Aneice Vanston died Monday, November 7, 2005, at a local hospice. A memorial service will be held at 2:00 PM Wednesday, November 9 at the Unitarian Universalist Fellowship Church of Waco. She was a founding member of both the Unitarian Universalist Fellowship of Waco, and the Waco League of Women Voters, a lifetime member of the American Federation of Musicians, life member of Waco Hadassah, past secretary of the Democratic party county convention, member of the McLennan County Grand Jury Association, Library Planning Commission, and former board member of the Waco Civic Theatre. Aneice is survived by her daughter Cindy and husband Harry Tooker, son John Jr. and wife Angela Vanston, son Charles and wife Marylin Mitchell, and son Timothy Vanston; grandchildren: Amanda, Danny, Carrie, Helen Mary, Larry, and Mysti, great grandchildren: Anna, Blake, Emily, Harrison, Hudson, Jarrett, John Eric, Michael, Morgan and sister Martha Salinger. She was preceded in death by her husband John Vanston Sr. and her son George Vanston. She requested that in lieu of flowers memorials be made to the Unitarian Universalist Fellowship of Waco or Hadassah.
