SMITH, ANNA L. ANNIE LAURIE Anna L. Annie Laurie Smith, age 78, of Waco died Thursday, December 12, 2002 at an Arlington hospital. Graveside services will be held at 10am Monday, December 16 at Robinson Cemetery with Chaplain Curtis Holland officiating. Visitation with the family will be from 6-8pm Sunday, December 15 at Wilkirson-Hatch-Bailey, 6101 Bosque Blvd. Mrs. Smith was born July 6, 1924 in Robinson to James E. and Josephine A. Carey Davis. She attended Robinson grade school and graduated from Waco High in 1941. She married Philip T. Smith September 30, 1951. He preceded her in death February 18, 1997. Survivors include sons, Phillip T. Smith, Jr. and wife, Laura A. of Arlington and James E. Smith and wife, Donna J. of Redondo Beach, California; grandchildren, Lisa A. Martindale, Cheryl C. Snyder, Matthew W. Snyder, Shelby R. Smith, Taryn E. Smith, Lauren A. Smith and Kristin M. Smith; great grandchildren, Erin M. Martindale and Riley Phillip Martindale; sisters, Edith Holzman and Eleanor Fairfield both of Waco; brother, Sonny Davis and wife, Eileen of Rockport and several nieces and nephews.
