Barbara Charlene Beeman July 22, 1928 November 26, 2010 Barbara Charlene Beeman, a homemaker, passed away from this life peacefully in Oklahoma City, OK on Nov. 26, 2010. Services will be Monday, Nov. 29, at 10:00 a.m. in the Wilkirson-Hatch-Bailey Chapel, with interment following in the Cottonwood Cemetery near Levi. Visitation will be 6 to 8 p.m. on Sunday, November 28, at Wilkirson-Hatch-Bailey. Charlene was born July 22, 1928, to Charles and Ruby Russo in Waco, TX. She married A. B. Beeman, Sept. 21, 1945. A. B. and Charlene both embraced the gospel as Jesus taught, in their youth. They settled and lived on a farm for many years near Lorena where they raised their children. In July 2007, they moved to Oklahoma City. She is preceded in death by her husband and her parents. She is survived by her two sons: Richard and wife, Sandra, of Troup, TX, and Charles and wife, Jeannette, of Wichita Falls, TX; daughter, Karen Beeman of Oklahoma City; and a very special friend, Mary Lee Scott of Oklahoma City, who helped care for both A. B. and Charlene; six grandchildren; five great-grandchildren; one sister, Joy Morgan, of Mansfield, TX; nieces, nephews and a host of friends.
