Belva Watson Fuller

BELVA WATSON FULLER December 9, 1934 – September 8, 2006 Belva Watson Fuller, passed away Friday, September 8, 2006 after a long battle with cancer. Graveside services will be at 10:00 am Tuesday, September 19 at Oakwood Cemetery. The family will receive friends from 6:00 – 9:00 pm Monday, September 18 at Wilkirson-Hatch-Bailey, 6101 Bosque. Belva was born December 9, 1934 in Waco, Texas. She graduated from Waco High School in 1951 & attended North Texas and Baylor University. Belva was Executive Officer of the Heart of Texas Apartment Association for 18 years and the HTAA President in 1996. She was the recipient of the 1994 TAA Executive of the Year award and the Texas Society of Association Executives 1984 Terry Townsend Scholarship Award. Belva was owner and broker of Belva Watson Real Estate Company and was a State Certified Real Estate Appraiser. Some of her memberships include First United Methodist Church of Kaufman, Lakewood Christian Church of Waco, Texas Apartment Association, National Apartment Association, Waco Board of Realtors, Waco Chamber of Commerce & Economic Outlook Committee. She was preceded in death by her first husband, Donald Bruce Watson, brother, Roy Evans Stanton and sister, Betty Stanton Boyd. She is survived by her husband, Onas T. Fuller Sr. of Kaufman; son, David Bruce Watson of Austin; daughter, Susan W. White of Kaufman; grandchildren, Brandon Watson and Garrett White, nephews, Dan Boyd and Randall Boyd of Dallas and several grandnieces & grandnephews.
