Benjamin F. Krupicka February 10, 1927 - May 6, 2012 Benjamin "Ben" Franklin Krupicka of Waco passed away Sunday, May 6, 2012, at Hillcrest Hospital. Services will be 2:00 p.m., Thursday, May 10, at St. Matthew Lutheran Church with the Pastor Paul Krupicka and Vicar Angel Jackson officiating. Burial will follow at Waco Memorial Park. Visitation will be 5:00 to 7:00 p.m., Wednesday, May 9 at Wilkirson-Hatch-Bailey Chapel. Ben was born February 10, 1927, in Buckholts, Texas, to Vince and Julia Krupicka. He retired after 37 years with Mrs. Baird's Bakery and 15 years with the American Red Cross. Ben was a member of St. Matthew Lutheran Church in Waco. He was preceded in death by his parents; sisters, Viola Brown and Genevieno Krupicka; and brothers, Raymond, Adolph, Alvin and William Krupicka. Ben is survived by his loving wife of 64 years, Charlene Krupicka; daughter, Kathy Husak and husband, Fred; sons, Rev. Paul Krupicka and wife, JoAnn, and Wayne Krupicka and wife, Juanita; sisters, Irene Vybrial and Evelyn Phansteal; brother, Robert Krupicka; six grandchildren; and 12 great grandchildren.
