Bennett Keith Glatter

February 1, 2021 — March 27, 2021

Bennett Keith Glatter of Mart, Texas, was born on February 1, 2021, at Baylor Scott & White Hillcrest Medical Center to Madison Montgomery and Blayne Glatter. His parents were blessed with 7 wonderful weeks with him before he went to his heavenly home on March 27, 2021. Bennett will always be his parents’ precious baby boy, and they will hold him in their hearts until they hold him again in Heaven. His daddy shares that Bennett had the bluest eyes he has ever seen, and mommy says that Bennett had his daddy’s adorable, big, squishy cheeks. Madison remembers that Bennett was always very active in her belly; constantly rolling, kicking and squirming. She will never forget the feeling of his tiny hiccups in her tummy. The day he was born, Bennett was so alert, quiet, and calm just taking in the soft feel of his parents’ touch and the sound of their voices as they held him against their chests. His first breath took their breath away. Although Bennett’s very favorite activity was snuggling his mom and dad, he also greatly enjoyed swinging in his swing while listening to the serene sounds of owl hoots, cricket chirps, and croaking frogs. He was calmed by the peaceful sounds and gentle swaying motion. Bennett was also amazed by ceiling fans, and they would always grab his attention, and keep him staring at them forever. His big sisters and brother loved to take turns holding him and will miss loving on him so much. His dad shares that little Bennett loved his bath time routine, lying back and relaxing in the warm water, soaking up precious one on one time with mom and dad. Bennett was bombarded daily with a million kisses from his family. He loved drinking his milk and was quickly getting chunky, gaining 3 pounds since birth. His family greatly enjoyed watching him grow and learn. Bennett will be greatly missed. He was preceded in death by his grandfather, Mack Montgomery; and great-grandmother, Wanda Thompson. He is survived by his loving mommy, Madison Paige Montgomery, and his daddy, Blayne Trevor Glatter; his bubba, Kaden; big sister, Brynleigh; and mother-hen, Kyleigh “sissy”. He is also survived by grandparents, Alisha and Tom Flanary, Brian and DeAnn Glatter, Robin and Robert Barben, as well as great-grandparents, Ronnie and Mary Glatter, Don Thompson, Danny and Pam Saulters, and Kenneth and Connie Montgomery. He leaves behind numerous aunts, uncles, cousins and family friends who love him dearly. His family will hold a visitation at 10:00 a.m., Friday, April 2, with the funeral service following at 11:00 a.m., at Wilkirson-Hatch-Bailey Funeral Home, 6101 Bosque Blvd., Waco TX 76710. A reception will be held afterwards at Brazos Trails RV Park, 219 Rice Rd., Riesel TX 76682. The family invites you to leave a message or memory on their “Tribute Wall” at www.WHBfamily.com.
