Betty Ann Lantrip

LANTRIP, BETTY ANN Betty Ann Lantrip, age 65, of Patrick passed away Wednesday, November 14, 2001 at her residence. A graveside service will be at 11:00am Saturday, November 17th at Patrick Cemetery with Rev. Allan Grant officiating. Arrangements are under the direction of Wilkirson-Hatch-Bailey, 6101 Bosque Blvd. Betty Ann was born to Ina Allen and Guy McCrary on September 18, 1936 in China Spring. She attended China Spring School and was a member of the first graduating class. She married L.D. Lantrip in 1955; he preceded her in death in December 1985. She lived in and near Patrick her entire life. She was a devoted volunteer for Friends for Life. Her sister, Rose Marie Dennis, also preceded her in death. She is survived by sons, Mark Lantrip of Patrick, Dennis Lantrip of Morgans Point, daughter, Ragan Lantrip of Waco and seven grandchildren.
