Betty Graham Drake November 8, 1926 - January 21, 2009 Betty Graham Drake of Woodway passed away Wednesday, January 21, 2009. Services will be at 1:00 p.m. Saturday, January 24, at Wilkirson-Hatch-Bailey Chapel with Rev. Richard Roland officiating. Burial will follow at White Hall Cemetery. Visitation will be from 6-7 p.m. Friday, January 23. Betty was born November 8, 1926, in Ft. Worth to Alton and Margaret Graham. She retired in 1979 after many years of service with the Waco VA Regional Office. She loved spending time with her family; and was a beloved wife, mother and grandmother. Betty was a longtime member of Central Christian Church of Waco. She was preceded in death by her parents; and her grandson, Trevor Bussey. She is survived by her husband of 61 years, Mel Drake of Woodway; her four daughters, Sherry Ricks and husband, Henry; Jan Jolly and husband, Allen; Joan Drake and Tracy Bussey, all of Waco; eight grandchildren and six great-grandchildren.
