BARRON, BILL Bill Barron, age 55, of Robinson died Wednesday, February 20, 2002 in a Temple hospital. Services will be 11:30AM Friday, February 22 at Wilkirson-Hatch-Bailey Chapel, 1124 Washington Ave. with Dr. Eric Holleyman, Rev. W. H. Smith and Ray Lisauckis officiating. Burial with military honors will follow at Battle/Lone Oak Cemetery. Visitation with the family will be 6:00-8:00PM Thursday, February 21 at the funeral home. Mr. Barron was born July 29, 1946 in Waco to L. W. and Aleene Barron. He was reared and educated in Mart. He served in the U.S. Army from 1967 to 1970, being stationed in Germany and Korea. He married Nancy Gabbert March 27, 1970. He graduated from Baylor University in December 1972. Mr. Barron was a member of Meadowbrook Baptist Church. Survivors include wife, Nancy Barron of Robinson; father, L.W. Barron of Waco, daughters, Kelli Barron of Waco and Kati Fuqua and husband, Bryan of Robinson, sister, Diana Browne and husband, Lowell of Waco and Connie Adams of Hewitt, and best friends, Ray and Barbara Lisauckis of Hewitt and his faithful companion, Scratch. Pallbearers will be Lowell Browne, Forrest Shade, Jim Munos, Bryan Fuqua, Ray Lisauckis, and Mike Lucky.
