Billie Lou Ann Schaffer March 8, 1940 - October 3, 2010 Billie Lou Ann Schaffer of Waco passed away peacefully Sunday, October 3, 2010, in the comfort of her home. Graveside services will be 11:00 a.m., Wednesday, October 6, at Waco Memorial Park with the Rev. Su Milam officiating. Visitation will be 6:00 8:00 p.m., Tuesday, October 5, at Wilkirson-Hatch-Bailey Garden Room. Billie was born March 8, 1940, in Hillsboro, Texas, to Carl and Annie Williams. She graduated from University High School and was very active in Waco ISD PTA. Later in life, she loved working for Wanda Fannin and was very talented in coordinating her clients' wardrobes. Billie loved to attend all the activities of her grandchildren. She was a devoted wife, mother and grandmother, and was a faithful prayer warrior who truly loved the Lord. She was preceded in death by her parents; five sisters; and one brother. She is survived by her husband of 50 years, Arthur Schaffer, of Waco; daughter, Dawn Murray and husband, Steve, of Waco; son, Steve Schaffer of Hewitt; granddaughters, Carrie Anne Blain, Chloe Alexis Murray; and grandson, Cameron Adam Blain; her twin sister, Patsy McLain; numerous nieces and nephews.
