Billy Dean Newman June 4, 1943 - February 20, 2009 Billy Dean Newman of Waco passed away Friday, February 20, 2009, at a local hospital. Visitation will be from 6-8 p.m. Sunday, February 22, at Wilkirson-Hatch-Bailey Garden Room. Billy was born June 4, 1943, in Quail, Texas, to George and Mattie Newman. He worked for many years as a contractor, and he was truly an artist at his trade. Billy was a simple man who loved spending time with his children, grandchildren, and close friends. He was preceded in death by his parents, two brothers, and one sister. He is survived by his daughters; DeAnn Kucera and husband, Dennis; Jennifer Young and husband, Brandon; three grandchildren, Ryker, Max and Hayes; one sister, Margaret Davis. The family would like to thank the nurses at Providence I.C.U. and the third floor nursing staff for all their support and great care.
