All the grandkids lovingly called him Pa. Our dad is in heaven with Jesus and our mother. They are both happy and healthy and dad’s catching her up on all the news. He’s having quite a reunion with all the mom’s and dad’s, brothers and sisters, aunts and uncles that have all gone before.
I once asked him why he retired so early, and he said he thought he would only live a year or two after he retired the first time. He was a great dad, and we were blessed to have had him for 93 years.
We invite you to leave a message or memory of Billy in his “Memorial Guestbook” at www.WHBfamily.com.
