Bobbie Ruth Bills October 9, 1925 - February 4, 2016 Bobbie Ruth Bills of Waco passed away Thursday, Feb. 4, 2016. Services will be 10:00 a.m., Wednesday, Feb. 10, at Beacon Hill Baptist Church with Bro. Harley Gordon officiating. Committal will be at Red Top Cemetery, Thursday, Feb. 11, in Graham, Texas. Bobbie was born October 9, 1925 in Loving, Texas, to Louis and Myrtle Bills. She was preceded in death by her parents, and a sister, Norfleet Martin. She is survived by her friend, Dorothy Smith, of Waco; a cousin, Brenda Parks, of Pennsylvania and other family and friends.
