Bobby Joe Finstad October 10, 1934 - January 18, 2012 Bobby Joe Finstad of Mayfield, KY passed away Wednesday, January 18, 2012. Graveside services will be at 9:30 a.m., Monday, January 23, at Chapel Hill Memorial Park with the Rev. James Price officiating. Visitation will be from 5:00 to 7:00 p.m., Sunday, January 22, at Wilkirson-Hatch-Bailey. Bobby was born October 10, 1934 in Waco, Texas to Leonard and Lola Finstad. He attended Waco schools and Baylor University. He retired from General Tire and Rubber Co., of Mayfield, KY. Bobby was a member of St. Mark Lutheran Church in Waco and St. Paul Lutheran Church in Paducah, KY. He was preceded in death by his parents; three brothers, Calvin, Lloyd and Ralph Finstad; and one sister, Billie McFarlen. He is survived by his wife of 58 years, Doris Jean Finstad; one daughter, Martha Jo Parker and huband Kevin of Murray, KY; two brothers, Martin Finstad and wife, Betty, of Quinlan, TX; and Edward Finstad and wife, Barbara, of Hilltop Lakes, TX.
