Camille Louise Easley August 6, 1935 December 21, 2010 Camille Louise Hudson Easley passed away peacefully with her close family by her side on December 21, 2010, in Carrollton, Texas. A memorial service will be held 2:00 p.m., Thursday, December 30, at St. Paul's Episcopal Church in Waco, TX. Camille was born in Waco, TX, on August 6, 1935, to Ernest and Edna Dan Bateman Hudson. She spent part of her childhood on a farm in Eddy, TX, before moving to Waco, where she graduated from Waco High School in 1954. Camille attended North Texas State University, where she was a member of Chi Omega Sorority, and attended Baylor University. Camille will be remembered for her wit, hospitality, affection and dedication to her children and grandchildren. . On June 7, 1957, she married William K. Easley with whom she had two children, Dianne Camille and Dan Hudson. Camille was active in the Junior League of Waco, the Chi Omega Alumnae Club, the Brazos River Festival and the Historic Waco Foundation. She was a founding member of The Episcopal Church of the Holy Spirit, and also co-founded a needlepoint design business with her dear friend, Carole Allen Sample. She held positions at Braswell-Davis, Wilkirson-Hatch Bailey and Lake Air Middle School. After suffering setbacks from open heart surgery in 2004, Camille spent the remainder of her life in Carrollton, where she could be closer to her children and grandchildren in the Dallas area. Camille is survived by her daughter, Dianne Easley Bose, and son-in-law, Craig Douglas Bose, of Carrollton; son, Dan Hudson Easley, and daughter-in-law, Carrie Watson Easley, of Dallas; her three grandchildren, William Hays Easley, Matthew Hudson Easley, and Evelyn Camille Bose; her sister, Barbara Hudson Jensen, and brother-in-law, Floyd James Jensen, Jr., of Waco; her niece, Jan Easley Hicks, of Waco; and nephews, Paul Easley of Waco, David Jensen of Dallas, and James Jensen of Burleson. Camille, sister, mom, mother, Mamma Mille, and Mimi will be missed by all who knew her and loved her. Memorials may be made to the Episcopal Church of the Holy Spirit and St. Paul's Episcopal Church.
