Catherine Bauerle Easter December 20, 1918 – August 5, 2006 Catherine Easter passed from this life on Saturday, August 5, 2006 at the Treemont Nursing and Rehabilitation Center in Dallas. Mass of Christian Burial will be held at 10:00 am Saturday, August 12 at St. Louis Catholic Church with Rev. David Leibham as Celebrant. Burial will follow at Oakwood Cemetery. Rosary will be recited at 6:00 pm Friday, August 11 at Wilkirson-Hatch-Bailey Funeral Home with family visitation following. Catherine was born in Waco, December 20, 1918 to Catherine Muhl Bauerle and Edward Bauerle. She graduated from Sacred Heart Academy where she was Valedictorian. She worked for several years in the family jewelry store and after her husband, John Franklin Easter’s death in 1959, she worked for General Tire and Rubber Company, retiring in 1983. Upon retirement, she worked as a volunteer for Providence Hospital where she won many awards for the volunteer newsletter. She is survived by her daughter and son-in-law, Mary Lynne Easter Head and David Head; son and daughter-in-law, John Edward Easter and Luz Maria Easter; four grandchildren and one great-grandchild.
