Cecil G. Rodriguez, Jr.

Cecil G. Rodriguez, Jr. passed away Thursday, October 27, 2022. A Celebration of Life will be 6:00 to 8:00 p.m. Saturday, November 19, 2022, at Wilkirson-Hatch-Bailey Funeral Home.

Cecil was born July 22, 1959, in Waco, Texas, to Cecil and Mary L. Rodriguez. Cecil was a proud graduate of University High School (Class of 1977). He was a loving and generous soul. He was employed at Texas Hydraulics for many years. He had a love for photography, grilling, camping, and spend time on the water jet skiing with family, friends, animals. He loved those Dallas Cowboys!!

He was preceded in death by his father, Cecil G. Rodriguez, Sr., and mother, Mary L. Rodriguez.

He is survived by partner, Jackie Morris; children, Marilyn Morris and partner Devon; granddaughter, Baby Florence; and Hunter Morris; sisters, Mary Ann and husband Robert Springer; and Rosemary Davis and partner Steve; nieces, Tonya Walker and partner Blake; Tara and husband Drew Young; Rene and husband Jason Myers; nephews, Bryan Hays, Clayton Walker, Jr., and wife Alanna, and David Normandin; and many great nieces, great nephews, aunts, uncles, and cousins.

He was a proud member of Alcoholics Anonymous for many years and embraced the program with passion, having many years of sobriety and the calling to help others.
