Chance Maxwell Farley

On Thursday, June 30th, 2022, Chance Maxwell Farley, loving son, brother, and father, passed away at the age of 33. A Memorial service will be held Sunday, July 31, 2022 at 1:00 p.m. followed by a Celebration of Life at Wilkirson-Hatch-Bailey Funeral Home at 6101 Bosque Blvd, in Waco, Texas. Chance was born October 6th, 1988 in New Haven, Connecticut to Mona Segal Farley and Richard Farley. Shortly after his birth, the family relocated to Waco. He graduated from Vanguard College Preparatory School in 2007. In 2010, he was blessed with his son Caiden. Chance had a talent for working with his hands and was especially proud of the jobs he had that included creativity and building from the ground up. He enjoyed anything that was hands-on. Chance was known for his generosity, good sense of humor, and his contagious laughter. His favorite holiday was Thanksgiving with family and friends that included large quantities of food and laughter. He is preceded in death by both sets of grandparents, Frances and Perry Segal and Carla and Leonard Farley. Chance is survived by his mother, Mona; father, Richard; his sister, Lacey; brother, Joel; his son, Caiden and several aunts, uncles, cousins, and nephews.
