LOWERY, CHARLES I. Charles I. Lowery, 85 of Waco, died Sunday, June 6, 2004 at his residence. Burial was private at Oakwood Cemetery. Mr. Lowery was born June 25, 1918 in Waco. He attended Waco schools and 4-C Business College. He served in the Navy during W.W.II. He married Mary Frances Mascarella in March 1954 in Waco. She preceded him in death August 30, 1990. He was also preceded in death by his son, Richard Lowery. Mr. Lowery worked for Douglas Aircraft in Long Beach, California, James Connally Air Force Base in Waco and Mather Air Force Base in Sacramento, California where he retired in 1977. He returned to Waco in November 1976. Memorials may be made to Multiple Sclerosis Foundation or American Heart Association.
