Charles Lee Willis February 23, 1949 - April 26, 2008 Charles Lee Willis of West Monroe, LA passed away Saturday, April 26, 2008 at his residence. Services will be at 9:30 a.m. Wednesday, April 30, at Western Heights Baptist Church with Rev. Curtis Holland officiating. Burial will follow at Oakwood Cemetery. Visitation will be from 6-8 p.m. Tuesday, April 29, at Wilkirson-Hatch-Bailey Chapel. Charles was born February 23, 1949 in Waco, to Everett Lee and Mary Willis. He graduated from Richfield High School in 1967 and the University of Texas at Arlington with two undergraduate degrees. He was presently a member of McClendon Baptist Church in West Monroe. He was formerly married to Linda Cook Stewart, who is the mother of Eileen and Geoffrey. He is survived by wife of 21 years, Ronda Kay Willis; his parents; daughter, Eileen Mason and husband Montre; sons, Geoffrey Willis; Randy South and wife, Lori; and Michael South; sisters, Pam House and husband, Rodney; Denise Riley and husband, J.C.; Leslie Oden and fiance, Warner McBride; brothers-in-law, Terry Gillenwaters and wife, Deola; Roger Tune and wife, Pat; Ray Tune; Martin Tune; and Doug Tune; sister-in-law, Ann Jolly. He was blessed with 3 granddaughters, 4 grandsons and 4 handsome nephews. Pallbearers are Tom Peterson, John Frazier, Glynn Lightsey, Charlie Ramsey, Mike Tawater and Don Alanis. Honorary pallbearers are Raymond Redding, J.C. Riley, Rusty Garrett and Rodney House.
