Clifford Martin Clark March 27, 1930 - August 24, 2009 Clifford Martin Clark of Waco passed away peacefully Monday, August 24, 2009, at St. Catherine's Center after a long battle with Parkinsons. Private graveside services will be at Oakwood Cemetery. Visitation will be from 6-8 p.m. Thursday, August 27, at Wilkirson-Hatch-Bailey Funeral Home. Clifford graduated Waco High School in 1948 and attended Baylor University. He was a long time member of Columbus Avenue Baptist Church and a member of Baylor Masonic Lodge #1235. Clifford had a successful career in the car business beginning in 1963 until his retirement in 1996. Clifford was preceded in death by his parents, sister, June Clark; infant son and son, Johnny. He is survived by his loving wife of almost 60 years, Noogie; son, Jack Clark of Waco; son, Joe Clark and his wife, Regina, of Arlington; daughter-in-law, Cindy Clark Broseh and husband, Larry, of Mansfield; grandsons, Justin Clark and wife, Lynzee, of Waco; Travis Clark of Tulsa; and Corey Clark and Chase Clark of Arlington; great grandchildren, Callie and Lennon; a sister, Jerry Locke and husband, Milburn, of Purmela; and father-in-law, Clyde Martin of Waco. He is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews. The family wishes to extend heart-felt gratitude to the staff of St. Catherine's and Providence Hospice. In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to Columbus Avenue Baptist Church, Providence Hospice or the charity of your choice.
