Darville B. Hampton

DARVILLE HAMPTON Mrs. Darville B. Hampton, 85, died Friday, Sept. 3, 2004 at a local hospital. Graveside services will be held at 1:30 p.m. Tuesday, Sept. 7 at Waco Memorial North with Rev. David Hampton officiating. Visitation with the family will be from 6-8 p.m. Monday, Sept. 6 at Wilkirson-Hatch-Bailey Garden Room. Mrs. Hampton was business manager of several small businesses, including a Merle Norman store. She was a longtime member of North Waco Baptist Church and enjoyed participating in her many church related activities. She was preceded in death by her husband, Onnie C. Hampton and her brother, Earl Payne. She is survived by her daughter, Kay Musgrave and husband Ken of Hewitt; sons, Boyd Hampton of Waco, Jerry Hampton and wife Merinda of Houston and Rev. David Hampton and wife Vickie of Kilgore; nine grandchildren and nine great grandchildren. Her sons and grandsons will serve as pallbearers.
