David Harris Kittner May 12, 1955 November 25, 2012 David Harris Kittner, 57, of Waco, passed away, Sunday, Nov. 25, 2012, in a local hospital following a lengthy illness. A memorial service will be at 2 p.m. Thursday, November 29, 2012 at Seventh and James Baptist Church. David was born May 12, 1955, in St. Louis, Missouri to Robert and Miriam Kittner. Following graduation from Country Day School in Kirkwood, Mo, he graduated from Southern Methodist University in Dallas. His career as a computer analyst began with oil and gas companies including 20 years with Fina Oil and Chemical where he met and married Melissa Missy Lamkin on February 17, 1990. David continued to work for Fina until a move brought him and his family to Waco where he worked for American Income Life until his illness forced an early disability retirement. David's favorite pastime was refereeing, coaching, playing and watching soccer and until physically unable he was found on the fields of H.O.T. Soccer every Saturday doing just that. David is preceded in death by his mother and father and a brother, Thomas Kittner. Survivors include his wife; daughters, Megan Leigh and Hannah Beth; a brother, John Kittner and his wife, Ursula of St. Louis; nephew, Bob Kittner and family, of St. Louis; and niece, Melissa Presthus and family, of Columbus, Ohio.
