Dennis Alvin Goffinet

Dennis Alvin Goffinet passed away on April 1st 2024, at his home in West, Texas.

Dennis will be cremated per his request, and will be interred in a private family burial at the New Hope Cemetery in Riesel, Texas.

Dennis was born in Magnet, Indiana, at home on October 21, 1948, to Alvin and Mildred Goffinet. Dennis was a proud U.S. ARMY veteran who enjoyed spending his time hunting, fishing, and participating in mountain men civil war reenactments. He had a great love for his cats, his dog bella, and his wife Diana Goffinet. Dennis owned his own swimming pool business and operated it until his death.

Dennis was preceded in death by his mother, and father, Alvin and Mildred Goffinet; and his son, James Goffinet.

Dennis is survived by his wife, Diana Goffinet of West, Texas; his stepson: Mathiew Burkett; stepson, Timmy Campell, and his wife and children; his sisters, Judith Quinlin of Mt. Pleasant, Indiana, and Dianna Arthur of West Baden, Indiana; as well as his brother, Lee and his wife Lisa Goffinet of Alton, Indiana
