Derrol Butler Hassell

HASSELL, DERROL Derrol Hassell, 62, of Corpus Christi, passed away Thursday, December 4, 2003 at a local hospital. Graveside services will be held Wednesday, December 10 at 10 am, at Seaside Memorial Park in Corpus Christi. Mr. Hassell was born February 25, 1941, in Corpus Christi where he lived most of his life. He was a veteran of the U.S. Army. He was retired from the civil service at NAS Base in Corpus Christi in the CCAD division. We will whole heartedly miss your laugh and jokes. Thanks for the memories, Mike and Melissa. He was preceded in death by his father, Errol Hassell and mother, Gladys Cordelia Butler Hassell. Survivors include daughters, Melissa Dumesnil of Waco and Elizabeth Hassel of Austin; son, Mike Hassell of Waco; grandchildren, Jessica, Heather and Haegan; and one brother, Bill Hassell of Flatonia.
