Dickie Ann Polster

Dickie Polster passed away Thursday, October 24, 2019. Graveside Services will be 1:00 pm, Monday, October 28, 2019, at Waco Memorial Park. Dickie was born January 23, 1948, in Waco, Texas, to Walter and Juanell Tandy. Dickie worked at Touch of Sante Fe, Walmart, and was a switchboard operator. She enjoyed dancing with Calvin on Saturday nights, and loved singing songs, and adored kitty cats. She touched everyone’s heart that she met; she was always cracking silly jokes, and she always had an unwavering belief in Jesus Christ. She was preceded in death by her parents; her husband, Calvin O. Polster; and three grandchildren, Sarah Deibler, Tyler King, and Jennifer Brooks. Dickie is survived by her daughters, Carla Glenn, Juanell King, Christy Brooks, and Shelley Nash; son, Brian Polster; brothers, Walter and Randall Tandy; sister, Lynette Christiansen; and her grandchildren, Andrew Baker, Chelsea King, Brittany King, Robin Brooks, Cody Brooks, Alyssa Nash, Austin Nash, Kristin Polster, and Joseph Polster.
