Donnell Bland July 3, 1926 - April 26, 2008 Donnell Bland passed away Saturday, April 26, 2008 at a local nursing home. Services will be at 11:30 am Tuesday, April 29, 2008 at Wilkirson-Hatch-Bailey Funeral Home Chapel with Dr. Lynn Parks officiating. Burial will follow at Crawford Cemetery. Visitation with the family will be from 10:00 - 11:30 am prior to the service. Donnell was born July 3, 1926 in Osage, TX to Clint and Alma Tubbs. Donnell has been a lifelong Baptist and a member of Osage Baptist Church and North Waco Baptist Church. She was preceded in death by her parents, her husband, M. L. Bland, son, Keith Bland, brothers Stanley Tubbs and C. A. Tubbs, and sister-in-law Madelyn Tubbs. She is survived by her sister, Tommie T. Strickland of O'Fallon, IL; sisters-in-law, Billie Tubbs and Edna Earle Bland; brother-in-law, Joe Bland and numerous nieces and nephews. The family would like to express their appreciation to the staff of St. Catherine's and Providence Hospice for their loving and tender care.
