Doris E. Creasey, 90, passed away December 2, 2016. A graveside service will be held 11:00 a.m., December 6, at Oakwood Cemetery with Rev. Randy Scrivener officiating. Visitation will be 5:00-7:00 p.m., December 5, at Wilkirson-Hatch-Bailey Funeral Home. Doris was born in Penelope, Texas, on January 16, 1926, to John and Mary Vacula. She was married to the love of her life, Charles Creasey, for 54 years. They worked together at Cameron Wholesale until retirement. Together, they volunteered with Meals on Wheels and Friends for Life. Charles and Doris always enjoyed each other’s company; however, they loved to do three things together the most: fishing, traveling, and community outreach. She is preceded in death by her parents; husband; and seven brothers and sisters. Survivors include her daughter, Cindy Raborn and husband, Larry; son, David Creasey; granddaughters, Courtney Ball and Lindsey Wright of China Spring; great-grandchildren, Maci, Marli, Cooper, and Carli; and numerous nieces, nephews, and friends.
