Doris Moak

DORIS MOAK Doris Moak, 67, of Waco, formerly of Salt Lake City, Utah, died Friday, December 14, 2001 at a local hospital. Services will be at 1:30p.m. Wednesday, December 19th at WILKIRSON-HATCH-BAILEY Washington Chapel, 1124 Washington Avenue with Rev. John Collier officiating. Burial will follow at Rosemound Cemetery. Visitation will be Tuesday, December 18th from 6:00 – 8:00p.m. at the funeral home. Mrs. Moak was born September 5, 1934 in Bismarck, North Dakota to Alfred and Laura McMillan. In 1949 she married “Jolly” Moak and for the past 52 years they have been inseparable. Doris worked in nursing for over 35 years. Her primary responsibility was in obstetrics where she loved working with and delivering babies. She was a member of the Rocky Mountain Jubilee-Sweet Adeline Chorus for over 20 years. She was preceded in death by her parents, granddaughter Stephanie Newman and son Martin G. Moak, Jr. Survivors are her husband Martin “Jolly” Moak; daughters, Vicky Moak, Sheila Moak, Laura Hatch Poulter & husband Steve; grandsons, Zach Hatch, Taz Hatch, Johnny Kocher, Danny Schrader; 3 great grandchildren, Riley Newman, Chase Newman and Amber Kocher.
