Dorothy Jean Menefee May 24, 1923 February 21, 2012 Dorothy Menefee passed away on the morning of February 21st. Services are 2:00 p.m., Thursday, February 23rd, at Waco Memorial Park Mausoleum Chapel. Rev. Sharon Robertson and Dr. Ted Powers will be officiating. Visitation with the family will be just prior to the service. Dorothy was born on May 24rd, 1923 in Dallas, Texas, to Thomas and Edith Winford. She was preceded in death by her parents; her daughter, Carol Spear, and her grandson, Todd Menefee. Survivors include her husband Bill Menefee, son and daughter-in-law, Pete and Jan Menefee; grandsons, Scott Menefee, Michael Spear, and Alan Spear; nephew, Mark Winford; and niece, Ginger Wilheim. In lieu of flowers, the family requests donations be made to the Baylor University Athletic Department, or the charity of one's choice.
