Dorothy Sue Brown April 23, 1920 – July 29, 2006 Dorothy Sue Brown, 86, died peacefully in her sleep, Saturday, July 29, 2006. The loving and exquisitely attentive hands of Quality Care of Waco staff guided her way. A graveside service will be held at 11:30 a.m. Saturday, Aug. 12, at Oakwood Cemetery. She was preceded in death by her daughter, Susan, and husband, Joel. She is survived by me, her daughter, Libby; five grandchildren; five great-grandchildren, and one on the way. My mom leaves a legacy of practical wisdom, value of education and pride in a hard day’s work. I am proud and grateful to be her daughter.
