Elisabeth McClintock July 16, 1925 - February 3, 2014 Elisabeth McClintock of Woodway passed away Monday, February 3, 2014 at Lakeshore Estates. Services will be at 2:00 p.m., Friday, February 7, at Wilkirson-Hatch-Bailey Chapel with the Rev. Ron Miller officiating. Burial will follow at Oakwood Cemetery. Visitation will be from 4:00 to 7:00 p.m., Thursday, February 6, at Wilkirson-Hatch-Bailey. Elisabeth was born July 16, 1925 in Augsburg, Germany, to Willy and Betty Gliemann. She met her husband, V.H. McClintock while working for the U.S. Army after WWII and they moved to Waco, Texas in 1961. V.H. McClintock practiced law in Bellmead and Elisabeth helped as part time legal secretary. The couple raised four children, Elisabeth, William, John and James. She was preceded in death by her parents, her husband and son, James. She is survived by daughter, Elisabeth Umble of Whitney, Texas; sons, William Hoyt McClintock, of Bowie, Maryland and John Carey McClintock, of Tucson, Arizona; and grandchildren, John, Michael, Liesl and Colin McClintock. Memorials may be made to the North American Baptists, 1219 Pleasant Grove Blvd, Roseville, CA 95678 for Chain of Love Children's Orphanage.
