Esther Murrell September 17, 1919 - September 6, 2009 Esther Murrell of Waco passed away Sunday, September 6, 2009 at Clifton Lutheran Sunset Home in Clifton. Services will be at 2:00 p.m., Tuesday, September 8, 2009, at Trinity Lutheran Cemetery in Clifton, with Angelina Daniel officiating. Burial will follow. A Memorial Service will be held at 3:00 p.m. at the Chapel at Clifton Lutheran Sunset Home. Esther was born September 17, 1919 in Deridder, Louisiana to Halsten and Dagny Haugen. She worked as a Librarian at University Junior High School. Esther has been a lifelong Lutheran and a member of St. Matthew Lutheran Church in Waco. She was preceded in death by her parents, Halsten and Dagny Haugen. She is survived by her husband, Francis Edward Dick Murrell; one brother, Robert Haugen and wife Florence of Seguin, TX; two sisters, Dorothea Borchers of Clifton and Thora George and husband Philip of San Angelo, TX a daughter, Helen Zielinski of Waco; and two grandchildren, Zachary Zielinski of Austin and Ashley Zielinski of Waco.
