EULA THORNTON Eula Lee Thornton, 90, of Waco, died Friday, May 24, 2002 in a local hospital. Graveside services will be 2:00PM Tuesday, May 28th at Rosemound Cemetery with Dr. Buddy Sipe officiating. Visitation will be 6:00-8:00pm Sunday, May 26 at WILKIRSON-HATCH-BAILEY, 6101 Bosque Blvd. Mrs. Thornton was born July 13, 1911 in Swan, Texas. She attended Swan schools and came to the Central Texas area in the 1930’s. She married Maylan Brackney in 1929. He died in 1937. She married Lon Medlin in 1938. He preceded her in death. She married Ray Thornton in 1975. He preceded her in death in 1981. Survivors: 2 daughters, Joyce Brackney Kirk & husband Bill of Waco and Vera Bloumquist of Waco; 5 grandchildren; 13 great grandchildren and 14 great great grandchildren.
