Eva Vinokur September 5, 1941 May 27, 2011 Eva Vinokur, 69, passed away at 5:30 p.m., Friday, May 27, 2011, in her home in Lorena, surrounded by her loving family. Services will be Sunday, May 29, at 11 a.m. at Rodef Sholom Cemetery, with Rabbi Mordechai Rotem officiating. Eva was born in Novosibirsk, Russia in 1941. She graduated from Moscow University in Kiev, with a degree in Industrial Engineering. She met her husband, Michael Vinokur, in college and they were married shortly after. She is the mother of Feliks and Marina. Eva was proud to be a Russian Language Instructor at Baylor University, where she taught for ten years, and was loved by many students and faculty.
