WILLIAMS, FERN L. Fern L. Williams, age 83 of Waco, died Saturday, Sept. 25, 2004 at a local nursing home. Graveside services will be at 1:30 p.m. Tuesday, Sept. 28 at Moore Cemetery in Chalk Bluff with Chaplain Brian Pendleton officiating. Visitation will be from 6 to 8 p.m. Monday, Sept. 27 in the funeral home garden room. Mrs. Williams was born November 21, 1920 in the Grassland Community in Lynn County to B.W. and Alma Bintliff. She was employed in the admitting office at Providence Hospital for 22 years, retiring in 1985. She was preceded in death by her parents and her sister, Linda Lorraine Dowell. Survivors include her daughters, Gayle Hinson of Huntsville, and Linda Kay Janes and husband Larry of McGregor; son, M.D. “Mickey” Williams and wife Judy of Waco; six grandchildren; seven great grandchildren; brothers, B.W. Bintliff Jr. and Harold Bintliff, both from the Dallas/Fort Worth area; several nieces and nephews; and many friends. Honorary pallbearers will be Mike and David Williams, Jeff and Jason Parsons, Ricky, Sherry and Michael Moore, and Lindsay Hinson. Memorials may be made to Regent Care Center or Providence Hospice.
