Fleeta Mae Nutley September 13, 1922 December 16, 2014 Fleeta Nutley of Waco peacefully left this earth and took her first breath in Heaven on December 16, 2014. Her memorial service will be 11:00 a.m., Friday, December 19, at Central United Methodist Church, preceded by burial at Waco Memorial Park at 10:00 a.m. Visitation will be 6:00 8:00 p.m., Thursday, December 18, at Wilkirson-Hatch-Bailey. Fleeta was born in Penelope, Texas, graduating from high school there in 1939. She moved to Waco in 1942, where she worked for the Waco Bone and Joint Clinic, retiring in 1995. She was preceded in death by her parents, Charles Lell Nutley and Minnie Mae Callaway Nutley; brothers, Charles Nutley and wife, Hettie, of Dallas and Marlin and Larren Nutley and wife, Billie, of Dallas and Chattanooga, TN. She loved her church and was a faithful member. Working in the medical profession using her gifts of caring, compassion, and organization was her joy. She considered her co-workers as her extended family. She will be missed by her cousins, nieces, nephews, and many very close friends. In lieu of flowers, memorial gifts may be made to Central United Methodist Church, 5740 Bagby Ave., Waco, 76712.
